Once you refer your case to us, establish your budget (in hours or dollars).  Choose the type of report you would like, as described below.  Recommendations by the consultant will be made based on the complexity of the case, but it will be tailored according to your specific needs and directions.  Serving as a study tool and guide, these reports are important as they will educate and prepare you for your case.

Report Types:
1.  Case Screening
     ♦   First service
     ♦   Verbal or brief narrative summary
     ♦   Assesses if case is meritorious or defensible
     ♦   Analyzes if all four elements are satisfied

2.  Narrative
     ♦   Verbal opinion
     ♦   Brief opinion
     ♦   May preempt more indepth report

3.  Chronological Report
     ♦   Usually a moderate or comprehensive report (16+ pages)
4.  Outline
     ♦   May use in conjunction with the chronological timeline or narrative

5.  Literature Search
     ♦   Research to educate on a specific topic such as the pathophysiology of a disease process

6.  Charts
     ♦   Includes graphs, tables or other visual aids

Report Lengths:
     ♦   Brief - 1 to 15 pages
     ♦   Moderate - 16 to 50 pages
     ♦   Comprehensive - 50+ pages
